Paper dust tester technical parameters 1, light source: 20W fluorescent lamp 2, irradiation angle: 60 °
3, rotary table: 270mm × 270mm, effective area is 0.0625m2, can rotate 360°
4. Standard dust picture: 0.05 to 5.0 (mm2)
5, external dimensions: 428 × 350 × 250 (mm)
6, quality: 8Kg
Paper Dust Tester Operation and Usage 1. Sampling: Cut more than 4 pieces of 250mm x 250mm sample 2. Observe: Place one sample on a rotatable worktable. Turn on the fluorescent lamp and check the visible dust on the sample surface under the fluorescent lamp. The visual distance of the eye is kept at 250-300mm during observation, and different areas of dust are circled with different marks; the number of dusts in the same area can also be recorded according to the size of different areas.
3. Comparing: Rotate the table 90°. After each rotation, use a standard dust image to identify the size of the dust area on the sample. You can also mark the newly found dust degree after pressing the area, until it returns. To the initial position.
4. According to the above method, check the other side of the sample.
Repeat the above steps to complete testing of other samples. 5. Calculation of dust degree:
5.1 Grouping of dust and fiber bundles (by area size)
Group 12345
Area (mm2)≥5.001.00~4.990.50~0.990.20~0.490.05~0.19
5.2 Calculation method 5.2.1 Surface dust degree The number of dusts in each group shall be calculated according to the above table. If the paper is used on one side, only the dust degree of the used surface shall be checked. The four specimens are combined and converted into the number of dust per square meter. The calculation result is an integer.
Note: â–³ When the same dust passes through the paper sheet so that both sides can be seen, a 5m2 sample should be taken from the two dusts to calculate the â–³ large dust and black dust.
Calculated as follows:
Degree of dust ND (pcs/m2) = M/n x 16
In the formula: M----The total number of dust on the front and back of all the samples n----The number of dust samples to be inspected 5.2.2 When the dust area per square meter (mm2) is expressed, the calculation is made according to the following formula, Accurate to every decimal point.
Degree of dust SD (mm2/m2)=(∑ax×bx)/n×16
Where: ax---- the number of certain dust area bx----a dust area, mm2
n----Check the number of dust samples (Note: Wet paper dust calculation is performed as described above)
Fluid Bed Dryer is designed to introduce the hot air stream at the base of the product container which is filled with the material. Induced draught is created by means of blower and fresh air is sucked in to the unit. The fresh air is heat by means of electrical heaters or steam or thermic fluid heaters. This hot air stream expands the bed of material at certain velocity & creating turbulence in the product. The phenomenon is known as fluidisation and offer conditions which are almost ideal for drying. Fluidisation produces full agitation of solid particles and since each particle gets surrounded by hot air, heat transfer is extremely high and uniform. The product is dried fast without appreciable loss of heat. Filter bags prevent particles escaping from the dryer.
