1, the whole machine does not produce oil (1) triangle tape is too loose, the pump speed is too low to suck oil.
(1) Adjust or replace the tape

(2) The suction pipe is not tightly sealed and leaks, causing the pump to empty.
(2) Check that the screw in the suction pipe connection is tightened and the gasket is intact.

(3) The oil pump blade is seriously worn, the end face clearance is too large, the vacuum degree is too low to absorb oil.
(3) The blade should be replaced when the length of the end face of the blade is less than the axial length of the rotor.

(4) The separator outlet valve is stuck and cannot be opened.
(4) Open the separator cover and check the oil outlet valve. The movement is flexible and the reset is correct.

(5) The parallel valve of the separator is open, and the lower part of the oil return buoy does not cover the valve hole.
(5) Overhaul the parallel valve to make it flexible up and down, adjust the position of the oil return buoy so that it is flexible from top to bottom, and the lower cone covers the parallel valve hole.

(6) The flow meter stuck (6) In the work, open the oil gun, the flowmeter drive shaft is rotating, the stuck flowmeter should be replaced or repaired

(7) Oil pump rotor loosely fitted with shaft (7) Replace oil pump

(9) The oil level in the oil storage tank is lower than the double door bottom valve, and the gas exits the oil gun.

(10) Change the pipeline or add a check valve.

(11) The bottom valve is stuck and cannot be filled with oil. The pump sound is very light and there is no oil in the pump.
(11) Repair bottom valve

(12) The oil level is too low for machine suction and cannot be filled.
(12) Please increase the liquid level.

(13) The solenoid valve cannot be opened.
(13) Replace or repair the solenoid valve


2. Significant reduction in oil
