Analysis: There are three major problems in the refrigeration industry

With the rapid development of various industries, the demand for refrigeration equipment is also increasing. From the current perspective, China's refrigeration industry still has three major deficiencies.

The first is that the introduction of foreign advanced technology cannot be digested and absorbed in time. In the industrial field, China's refrigeration industry is relatively early to contact with foreign countries. In the mid-1980s, China began to introduce advanced foreign technology and established joint ventures. However, up to now, the technological progress of China's refrigeration industry is still far from meeting the needs of other industries. In particular, some advanced technologies and products still cannot be independently developed. After the reform and opening up, a large number of imported products flooded the domestic market. However, due to the lack of timely technical upgrading and development of domestic products, the market share of the original products was gradually swallowed up by foreign products.

Second, the overall quality of the refrigeration industry needs to be improved. As with other domestic industries, the serious shortage of senior technicians in the refrigeration industry in China has become an indisputable fact. Most of the old technicians have retired, and new technicians are unable to make up for it. This phenomenon of “darkness” has seriously hindered the healthy development of the refrigeration industry in China. Therefore, experts suggest that companies should recruit those old skilled workers with unique skills to bring them back to their apprentices to ease the inconsistency of skilled workers in China through “passing, helping, and bringing”.

Third, insufficient investment in technology development funds, serious brain drain, and domestic brands are obscure. As we all know, the compressor is the most critical part of the refrigeration equipment. But when it comes to compressors, the first thing that people think of is the Copeland of the United States. Their products are of high quality and have taken a deep root in the market. The domestic manufacturers, in order to prove that their products are good, quality assurance, always like to tell users: Our products use the United States Copeland compressors. Over time, people in the minds of this country already have such a concept. Only the refrigeration equipment of foreign compressors can guarantee the product quality. The domestic brands of compressors will have no "day of the day." Another product is a refrigeration valve. At present, China's valve products have been in all areas of the national economy, but in the refrigeration industry, domestic valves are difficult to establish. Most refrigeration equipment manufacturing companies can hardly say the manufacturers of domestic refrigeration valves, but these companies do not know the Danish Danfoss refrigeration valve products. The reasons for the above phenomena are mainly the lack of funds invested by China in technology development and the lack of funds. "Digestion, absorption, and innovation" is empty talk. In addition, most domestic companies have short-term behaviors, and they like to do quick things. However, investment in technologies that are high in input and can only receive benefits after 5 or 10 years is often not positive. In this respect, domestic and foreign companies are quite different.
