Third, security technical measures:
1. The construction company is strictly in accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Operational Regulations". Construction company must strengthen the quality management of the work surface.
2, the safety surface of the work surface, the support must be full and effective; the pillar must be supported on the solid bottom, it is forbidden to support on the floating raft and the floating coal; if the bottom of the bottom is slinged, the working surface is supported by a semi-round wooden bottom.
3. In the process of support, you should always pay attention to the implementation of the “knocking and asking top†system. There are hanging rafts and live stones on the top plate, which must be stood above them with a long handle tool.
4. The dense column must be supported by a straight line with a straight line offset of no more than 200mm. A security door of 500mm width is left at a distance of 8m on the dense column.
5. A wooden raft is set every 10~25 meters on the inside of the working column. The pillars at the four corners of the raft must be made into rooting columns and tightened with wooden wedges. Semi-round logs must be used for rafting.
6. Strictly press the top and bottom of the row to control the top. The third row must be closed as a dense column. The distance between the dense columns is not more than 150mm, the spacing between the thin columns is 700mm, and the row spacing is 800mm.
7. The inside of the working column must be covered with a slab column, and a cluster column is supported for each of the two plates. The column is composed of three logs with a diameter of not less than 160 mm.
8. It is strictly forbidden to work in parallel on the working surface. Coal mining and returning to the top of the column shall not be carried out at the same time.
9. When the column is bolted back to the column, all personnel must retreat to the coal side and lift up to a safe place of more than 30m without being broken. After the action of the column rope, someone should watch the movement of the rope and the abnormal condition of the pillar inside the old pond, find the abnormal situation, promptly stop the parking and promptly notify the operator to evacuate the danger zone.
10. After returning to the top of the column, a special person must inspect the dense column. If there is an explosion, the dense column and the dense column must be repaired to control the explosion point.
11. Each team of the construction team must designate the special team's working face support (tight column, raft, clump column), old pond, roof, coal gang, comprehensive and meticulous inspection, and find hidden dangers to be arranged immediately.
