JD Auto Research Institute released 52 automotive technology achievements


Recently, Qingdao Automobile Research Institute of Jilin University held the launch of scientific research results and the launching ceremony of the first batch of platform projects. At the meeting, 52 transferable transformation results related to the automobile industry were released. These projects cover automotive vehicle development technology, automotive intelligent technology, and automotive lightweight technology. After more than three years of research and development, they have been connected to dozens of companies and will be applied to the automotive industry in the near future.

The annual output value of A0 electric vehicles will reach 8 billion yuan.

The Qingdao Automobile Research Institute of Jilin University was jointly established by Jilin University and Qingdao Lisong District Government to make up for a gap in the research and development of Qingdao's automobile industry. The Institute released 52 transferable transformation results, including vehicle development technology, power transmission and electric drive technology, automotive electric chassis technology, automotive lightweight technology, automotive intelligent technology and automotive electronic electronic control public technology. In addition, the institute also launched four platform projects for A0-class electric vehicle development, electric drive vehicle chassis development, electric vehicle lightweight material development and preparation, and intelligent auxiliary driving vehicle development, and with FAW Jiefang Qingdao Automobile Co., Ltd. Qingdao Sifang Vehicle Research Institute Co., Ltd., Dongying Tynes Power Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. and Yantai Beige New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. signed a cooperation agreement.

"The 52 transferable transformation results have been studied for more than 3 years and have been connected with dozens of companies. I believe that in the near future, these results can be applied to the automobile manufacturing industry." Qingdao Automobile Research Institute, Jilin University Dean Song Chuanxue said, "A00-class cars in pure electric vehicles account for 52% of the total, becoming the absolute main force of pure electric passenger cars. The growth momentum of A0-class pure electric vehicles is very strong. A0-class electric vehicles can be used in Qingdao. Smart driving car enters the pilot stage

Taking the visual perception system as an example, this technology can identify the vehicle and pedestrian targets according to the front, tail, and side of the vehicle in front, and adjust the focal length, aperture, and diagonal of the lens to adjust the distance of the target. Based on such identification technology, it is possible to develop a system such as collision alarm, automatic obstacle avoidance, and automatic parking for automobiles. Song Chuanxue, dean of the Automotive Research Institute, told the China Industry News that the smart cars they developed with their own driving technology have entered the pilot stage.
