The "Notice" clarifies that Guangzhou City number plate cars should obtain environmental protection signs and use them as required. Guangzhou City number plate vehicles that do not hold valid environmental protection signs are prohibited from passing through the administrative area of ​​Guangzhou 24 hours a day. Foreign-level license plates that enter the restricted area of ​​Guangzhou's highly polluting vehicles shall hold valid green environmental protection signs and use them as required.
