Gold-polymetallic ore characteristics and treatment methods

Such ores containing gold in addition, also contains copper, lead, zinc, tungsten, antimony and other metal minerals, but still has value as a gold ore mined separately. Features such as ores: sulfide occupy a considerable amount (10-20%); natural pyrite and gold in close symbiosis, and most of the copper and lead minerals closely associated; gold wide particle size range, and in the ore uneven distribution. In general, the ore is treated with a complicated process, and the process is adjusted as the ore properties change. The process of mixed flotation-separation flotation can generally be used. When there is coarse gold, the mercury can be mixed (or re-selected) before flotation.
Gold ores belonging to a plurality of gold-bearing sulfide ore type quartz veins. The ore contains 0.1% copper, 0.4-0.5% lead, 4~7% iron, 10-20g/ton gold, 30-50g/ton silver . The total content of sulfide minerals is as high as 10 to 15%. Most of the natural gold is embedded in quartz, and some gold is symbiotic with sulfide. The mine uses a combined mercury-flotation process (see figure below). The coarse-grain unit gold is recovered in the amalgamation operation, and the gold co-existing with the sulfide is selected by flotation to concentrates of copper, lead and iron sulfide. The factory's production indicators are shown in the table below.

Sheet Metal Stamping And Deep Drawn

Sheet metal stamping and deep drawn are two common manufacturing processes used in the production of metal parts and components.Sheet metal stamping involves the use of a stamping press to shape and cut sheet metal into a desired shape or form. The process involves placing a sheet of metal between two dies, which are then pressed together to create the desired shape. This process is commonly used to create parts for automotive, aerospace, and electronic applications.Deep drawn, on the other hand, is a type of sheet metal stamping that involves the use of a specialized press to create parts with a deep, cylindrical shape. The process involves placing a sheet of metal over a die and then using a punch to push the metal into the die, forming a deep, cylindrical shape. This process is commonly used to create parts for medical, automotive, and aerospace applications. Both sheet metal stamping and deep drawn are highly versatile and cost-effective manufacturing processes that can be used to produce a wide range of metal parts and components. By using these processes, manufacturers can create complex shapes and forms with high precision and accuracy, making them ideal for a variety of industrial applications.
