The overall scale of the new relocation and upgrading project will increase by a total investment of RMB 1,154.7 million; the first phase of construction will be completed by next year, forming a transmission capacity of 110,000 units; by 2012, it will achieve an annual output of 220,000 transmissions and 100,000 pairs of production bridges. The total production capacity of 2 million pieces of gears for engine gears and construction machinery is expected to reach an annual operating income of 3 billion yuan, a total profit of 250 million yuan and a tax of 200 million yuan.
