From the point of view of happiness of different groups of entrepreneurs, the happiness of women entrepreneurs is higher than that of men; the happiness of entrepreneurs with a graduate or higher education is relatively high; the greater the scale of enterprises, the higher the happiness of entrepreneurs; rubber, communications Entrepreneurs in industries such as equipment, automobiles, and IT are relatively well-behaved, while entrepreneurs in the chemical fiber, textile, non-ferrous metals, and paper industries are relatively less happy.

In the analysis of the company’s production and operation status, satisfaction with the company’s current status, and pressure and well-being, it can be seen that the better the company’s production status, the smaller the pressure on entrepreneurs; the better the integrated management of the enterprise, the pressure from entrepreneurs. The smaller, the higher the sense of well-being; the more satisfied the entrepreneur is with the status quo of the company, the lower the pressure and the higher the sense of well-being.

At the same time, the survey found that the company's external environment also has a more significant impact on entrepreneurs' pressure and happiness. The better the economic system, the legal environment, the policy environment and the market environment, the smaller the pressure on entrepreneurs and the higher the sense of well-being. The survey results from 2006 to 2009 all show that the better the company’s external business environment, the less pressure the entrepreneurs feel and the higher their sense of well-being.
