Man urinates into fountain pool and wakes up

A roller skating coach in Danyang City had been drinking too much and urinated. He accidentally fell into a pool of fountains on the side of the square and died of electrocution. This very rare case of compensation, under the coordination of the city's procuratorate police officers, the street lamp management agency and the developers have finally reached an agreement after more than two years of negotiations to jointly compensate the families of the deceased 580,000 yuan.
At 2 o'clock on the morning of December 3rd, 2008, Zhang drank with a buddy in his roller skating shop. Zhang, who had spent three rounds of patrols, was already blind and intoxicated. "You drank first, I went out and went down conveniently," Zhang said, shaking and walking toward the door. Not far away is a fountain pond. The fountain pool is owned by the Sunshine Development Corporation. There are several spotlights on the edge of the pool. Due to disrepair, it is no longer lit. To save trouble, Zhang began to urinate while standing by the pool. During the urination process, Zhang fell into the fountain pool. On December 26, 2008, Zhang's family sued the street lamp company, the Sunshine Development Company and the Sunshine Property Company to the court and asked them to order them to compensate each loss of more than RMB 600,000. After two levels of court trial, the court finally decided that the Streetlight Institute and Sunshine Development Corporation would assume 80% of the main responsibilities.

On October 15, 2009, the streetlights appealed to the Danyang City Prosecutor's Office against a court decision. After reviewing the hospital, the court found that because the court did not specifically divide its share of responsibility, the street lamp and the Sunshine Development Company tangled their respective shares. Considering that the victim's family members were all rural people and the family's conditions were difficult, the hospital had conducted several mediations. In the end, the Streetlight Institute and the Sunshine Development Corporation reached an agreement on the share of liability.
