From September 1 to 3, the 13th China International Combustion Engine and Components Exhibition was held at the Beijing National Convention Center. "The spring breeze is green and south of the river." The 13th China International Internal Combustion Engine and Components Exhibition also embodies the theme of energy conservation and emission reduction."
In recent years, the internal combustion engine industry has followed the national energy saving and emission reduction master plan, actively promoted the development and application of energy-saving emission reduction technologies, and continuously reduced the fuel consumption of internal combustion engines, laying the foundation for alternative fuel applications. Self-innovation, energy-saving and emission reduction, and new achievements in green manufacturing can be displayed in a concentrated manner in such a new situation, complying with the development trend of China's internal combustion engine industry, and fully embodying the needs of a low-carbon economic society.
Relevant experts believe that such a grand event will be held at the moment when the country implements the emission regulations for the fourth national commercial vehicle, and will surely play a role in promoting the country’s implementation of the fourth national emission regulations.
"Green World" has personality
In this exhibition, various companies have demonstrated new technologies and new products for energy conservation and emission reduction, while focusing on each other.
Jianghuai Automobile Co., Ltd. brought its 1.5E100 and 1.5TGDI powertrains to the debut. Among them, the JAC 1.5LTGDI gasoline engine is a "green power" that is built on the latest technology platform and has low fuel consumption, low emissions, and high power output. The model has reached the national five emission standards.
Guangxi Yuchai Machinery Co., Ltd. exhibited 11 models including the YC6L330-60 and YC6MK420-40, exhibiting a variety of models from light to heavy. Its exhibitors are the key promotion models in 2014. The YC6J210N-52 plug-in hybrid engine and the YC6MK series engine have attracted attention. YC4D possesses a number of advanced passenger car diesel technology in the world today. It is equipped with SUV, MPV, light passenger, pickup and other models. It has passed the strict assessment of the European mechanical development program and is reliable and durable. The YC4S series engine is a four-valve engine designed and developed by Yuchai and a well-known engine research and development organization in Europe for medium and high-end light trucks. It features compact structure, light weight, low emissions, low fuel consumption, and low noise. “The light came from Weichai!†The characters on the Weichai booth were unusually significant. Weichai highlighted the "light machine" represented by WP3, WP5 and WP7. What is the intention? Xichai carried the AWD 6DL2 State V diesel engine and other models to participate in the exhibition. “Green†is very strong.
Yunnei, Jiangling, Quanchai, Chaochai and other light-duty diesel engine manufacturers exhibited six-cylinder medium-sized aircraft.
Weichai entered the light engine market, Yuchai's product line extended to heavy and light machines, and light machine companies actively explored the medium-sized machine market. Therefore, relevant experts pointed out: "The domestic mainstream engine companies are all-round development."
Liaoning Xinfeng Enterprise Group Co., Ltd. exhibited the newly developed NP2 series single-piston pump and E-CU13 products. The ECU 13 is characterized by miniaturization and low cost, and is used for various types of diesel engines of 4 cylinders or less. This is a new trend in the development of new wind products towards small-capacity common rail systems.
The CRS1-18 common rail system exhibited by Bosch is a common rail system with cutting-edge technology and cost advantages. Its injection pressure is high, and it can help light-duty trucks, pickups, SUVs, and mini-vans to meet the requirements at a lower cost. Fifth and higher emission standards. The remanufacturing of internal combustion engines and technical equipment is a new hot spot in this exhibition. Dongfeng Cummins, Furui equipment and other companies exhibited remanufacturing technology and remanufacturing models. Weichai Power (Weifang) Remanufacturing Co., Ltd., Caterpillar Remanufacturing Shanghai Plant and Shanghai Baixu Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. etc. Manufacturers exhibited their remanufactured process products.
"Alternative Energy Machine" is flashing
"Alternative energy machine" flashes at this exhibition. The natural gas engine was demonstrated on site, and an internal combustion engine using methanol as an alternative fuel also appeared.
Yuchai's focus on displaying the 6L engine and natural gas hybrid models with emissions up to Euro VI standards at this exhibition reflects Yuchai’s pursuit of new technologies and high emission standards.
Xichai took Aowei 6SM five series natural gas engines and Hengwei 6SF five series natural gas engines to participate in the exhibition to lead the new trend of natural gas power. Aowei 6SM Five-Series Engine can be used in more than 20 tons of super heavy trucks. Hengwei 6SF's five series natural gas engines are more economical and personalized in terms of safety and reliability.

FAW Jingyu Engine Co., Ltd. specializes in manufacturing gasoline engines and focuses on the development of clean energy and new energy engines such as methanol and natural gas. As early as August 2008, FAW Jing Hao CA6102 methanol engine was fitted with FAW Liberation CA3160 truck. This is the first domestic methanol truck.
