EU announces registration fees for REACH chemical substances

On April 17, 2008, the European Union published in the "Official Gazette" Commission Regulation No. 340/2008, which lists the fees that traders must pay when they register chemicals with the European Chemicals Agency.

According to the "Registration, Evaluation and Licensing Regulations for Chemicals" (REACH Regulation), all chemical substances produced or exported to the EU in the EU with an annual production or import volume of 1 ton or more must be registered with the authorities with only a few exemptions. Be applicable. Substances that are gradually regulated are subject to a grace period in the registration process. Suppliers are required to register with the European Chemicals Agency in advance from June 1, 2008 to December 1, 2008. The grace period is November 2010. Termination on the 30th, May 31st, 2013 and May 31st, 2018, depending on the tonnage of production or import of each type of substance.

For substances between 1 and 10 tons, if the trader can submit all the standard physicochemical, toxicity and bio-toxicity data listed in Annex 7 of the REACH Regulation, it will not have to pay the registration fee. The relevant information includes the state of the substance at several temperatures, melting point, freezing point, boiling point, relative density, water solubility, flammability, explosion characteristics, skin allergic or corrosive, eye allergic, and aquatic toxicity. If the information submitted by the trader is incomplete, the European Chemicals Agency will impose a fee.

Regulation 1 of Annex 1 to Regulation No. 340/2008 lists the registration fees for substances levied by the European Chemicals Agency, and the costs for joint registration are lower. The REACH regulation suggests that operators operating the same substance should jointly register to reduce the burden of collecting data and avoid unnecessary animal experiments.

The authorities imposed a lower registration fee for SMEs. Taking a substance with a weight between 10 and 100 tons as an example, the joint registration fee is generally 3,225 euros, but the medium-sized companies only need to pay 2,258 euros, and the charges for small companies and micro-enterprises are cheaper, and they are respectively 1,290 euros and 323 yuan. EUR. Regulation 2003/361/EC proposes to define the classification method for medium, small and micro enterprises.

As to whether the appointment of a representative non-EU producer can benefit from SME discounts, the new regulations require that it be determined based on the assessment of the non-EU producer, including the number of employees, turnover and balance sheet, and partners. Business related information, etc.

Regulation 1 of Regulation No. 340/2008 lists the fees for registration of general substances. The cost of registration of individual intermediate substances is relatively low, and additional fees are required to update the registration documents, but there are exceptions.

Regulation No. 340/2008 also lists the fees for applying for a permit. When a supplier’s substance is brought under control, he must provide the authorities with strong data to apply for a permit to continue selling the substance. The application documents must show that the risks of such substances to human health or the environment can be controlled, or in the absence of suitable alternative substances or technologies, the use of such substances will have greater social and economic benefits than risk.

A Tower Crane is an inverted L-shaped structure that is capable of lifting several tons of weight to precarious heights.

The most striking feature of this crane is that it is self-building and can allow a building to be constructed adjacent to or even around it.

Tower crane Mast Section ( tower crane mast and tower crane basic mast ) is a steel structure with a normally square section, whose main mission is to provide the tower crane with sufficient height.

Normally it is formed by lattice modules that facilitate the transport of the crane. For assembly, these modules will be joined by screws, all of which will be connected to the projected height. Its shape and dimension vary according to the necessary characteristics of weight and height.
