The device is developed, designed and manufactured independently by Yizheng Rifa Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. It possesses a number of inventions and practical patent technologies. The long-term continuous and stable operation of the device provides a guarantee for the production and development of the Kanazawa company. It also provides low-cost operating costs. Compared with similar equipment, Kanazawa Electric Co., Ltd. saves about 5 million yuan in energy consumption each year.
The equipment of this project is provided by Yizheng Rifa Drying Equipment Co., Ltd., which is a turnkey project, and is responsible for the project's process design, equipment design, manufacture, installation, commissioning, and operator training.
The device is a fourth-generation spray fluidized bed granulation coating drying complete production line characterized by top injection type, energy-saving type, large-scale, continuous, and flexible, and is used to directly put various fermentation liquids in a granulation bed The spray-fluidization granulation, drying and cooling give a production method of a spheroidal particle product. It is particularly suitable for large-scale continuous industrial production, low operating costs, good operational stability, uniformity of the resulting product, color, density, mixing, flow, good resistance to moisture absorption, and small equipment volume.
The unit was successfully commissioned in October 2012 with a successful commissioning operation and has completed production for 8 months. Recently, the two parties have conducted rigorous tests, and all the indicators have met the requirements. The unit energy consumption indicators and product quality are particularly good, compared with 2008. The third-generation technology saves energy by 20-30%, which is more than 30-40% of the energy of the same type of equipment in the market. In particular, the once-through rate of 12-20 mesh pelletizing bed reaches 80%, and the unit energy consumption index and product quality have reached the international advanced level. .
Besides the steel pipes and steel structures, we are able to provide the casting pieces or Aluminum Casting in dredging and marine area.
The whole production equipment including medium-frequency induction furnace(2pcs for 3Ton, 2pcs for1.5Ton), lifting equipment(2pcs for 30Ton, 1pc for 25Ton, 5pcs for 10Ton), annealing equipment(1pc for 100Ton, 1pc for 60Ton), blasting room(for 5Ton), high-precision thermometer(2pcs), element chemistry analyzer(2pcs), OBLFGS1000 direct reading spectrometer, and some machining equipment.

Pattern and Casting
Pattern will be made first and done inspected before casting.
Cast pieces are presented in the foundry, for inspection of dimensions and hardness after sandblasting and machining but before conservation and painting. Deviations are sanctioned as follows for example:
