Ammonia synthesis of raw material gas alcohol alkylation refining new technology developed by Hunan Anxuan High-tech Co., Ltd. The raw material gas transformed and decarburized by the process is firstly produced by the alcohol etherification of by-product crude methanol or alcohol ether mixture, and the content of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide in the gas is reduced to 0.1% to 0.3%, and then most of the alcohol is alkylated. Carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are converted into liquid hydrocarbons and alcohols that can be separated at room temperature. A small amount of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide are converted into methane. The content of carbon monoxide plus carbon dioxide in the gas after the reaction is less than 10 g/m3.
The new self-heating non-isostatic alcohol alkylation purification ammonia synthesis raw gas process was developed by Nanjing Guochang Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. The process sets alcoholization and alkylation under different pressures, and effectively combines four subsystems of medium pressure alcoholization, high pressure alcoholization, high pressure alkylation and ammonia synthesis. First, the raw material gas is first purified by a medium-pressure alcoholization system to convert carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide into methanol, and then the raw material gas is pressurized and further purified by high-pressure alcoholization (at the same time, the by-product methanol is produced). After two stages of alcoholization, the carbon monoxide in the gas The amount of added carbon dioxide is less than 200 g/m 3 , and then high-pressure alkylation converts carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide into methane.
These two gas purification processes replace the copper scrubbing gas purification process and can convert most of the carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide that must be removed from the synthetic ammonia feed gas into methanol to achieve comprehensive utilization of the waste. In addition, the alternative copper washing process avoids the generation and discharge of dilute ammonia water in the process of removing trace amounts of carbon monoxide and carbon dioxide, and avoids the generation and emission of regenerated exhaust gas containing ammonia gas and carbon monoxide.
