The photosynthetic production potential of plants is affected by the chlorophyll content, and it is also the main physiological indicator to measure. This has an important influence on the photosynthetic rate and biological growth of plants. Therefore, it is very necessary to study the chlorophyll content of plants. In a series of studies, the application of chlorophyll meter in forestry was also discussed. The results showed that the use of chlorophyll meter to determine the chlorophyll content of broad-leaved tree species is completely feasible, and it also shows that there is a significant correlation between SPAD value and chlorophyll content of the plant leaf.
The chlorophyll meter showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the SPAD value and the chlorophyll content. The greater the SPAD value of the leaf, the higher the chlorophyll content. Therefore, this study used the SPAD value to analyze and calculate the chlorophyll content. In this paper, based on the determination of chlorophyll content in five broad-leaved tree species in northern Fujian, the differences in chlorophyll content between different tree species, different azimuths, and different leaf ages were compared, and the sources of differences were analyzed. The judging of Ye Lin's seed selection provides a basis for measuring the photosynthetic capacity of five tree species, carbon accumulation in forest ecosystems, productivity estimation, etc. The chlorophyll content of each tree species is determined, and the average chlorophyll content and the corresponding standard are calculated. Errors; Simple variance analysis was used to compare the differences in chlorophyll content of different tree species, and the effects of leaf age and azimuth on chlorophyll content of different tree species were analyzed. LSD test was used to compare the differences in chlorophyll content of different tree species; chlorophyll content of different tree species was used as the independent variable, leaf age. Two-way analysis of variance with azimuth variables Effects of azimuthal interactions on chlorophyll content; all data were analyzed using SPSS13.0 software and relevant charts were plotted by Excel.
The variability analysis of chlorophyll meter from different leaf ages and azimuths on the chlorophyll content of the five tree species can be seen: different light receiving points of the same plant are not the main factors causing differences in chlorophyll content, and the differences in chlorophyll content mainly stem from different plants and different tree species. At the same time, we should note that the effect of different leaf ages on the chlorophyll content of the two introduced tree species, Mi Lao Pai and Hemu, is much greater than the effect of different orientations on the chlorophyll content of the Lai Pai, Schima superba, and wild jujube. There is no such rule in the difference of chlorophyll content among the three native tree species.
The chlorophyll meter has an effective analysis of the chlorophyll content of the tree species and found that when selecting the planting species, it is not enough to simply examine the growth index of the plant at the initial stage of growth or when the new leaf takes up a large proportion of the entire plant leaf. It is also necessary to examine the entire growth process of tree species from seedlings to maturity so as not to fall into the category of misunderstandings.
