According to reports, more than 30% of the vehicle's production of accessories is produced locally, which will bring Rui'an auto parts industry an annual sales value of more than 10 billion yuan.
At the same time, the integration of marriage, Baotuan development has also become an effective way for SMEs to enhance their competitiveness. Forging business "Zhengchang" and auto parts company "Dawson" through cross-industry restructuring, integration of 30 parts and components, forging companies and a logistics company, forming a "forging blanks to the finishing and then finished parts" industry chain. In the future, “Zhengchang Dawson†will strive to improve product design and R&D, brand marketing, wholesale circulation, and terminal construction, and optimize resource allocation.
At present, more than 20 companies in Ruian City have established long-term trade cooperation relationships with the world’s top 500 companies and internationally renowned companies. Relying on existing advantageous resources, Rui'an parts and components industry is also exploring new ways to upgrade products. “Product modularization production is a good choice.†Zhang Jinmu, general secretary of the Rui'an Parts & Accessories Industry Association, explained that relying on the popularity and technological advantages of local large enterprises, the company combined a series of components produced by many small and medium-sized enterprises to form a “fistâ€.
