Speaking of Asia’s largest test track, everyone knows. In fact, the Auto Parts Testing Center at the site is part of the National Automobile Quality Supervision and Inspection Center.

The inspection center, also known as the Daan Automobile Inspection Center, was established in October 1995. It is approved by the China National Accreditation Service for Conformity Assessment, and is a comprehensive automobile inspection and technical service authorized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Environmental Protection, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and the Ministry of Transport. mechanism.

The test center covers an area of ​​2.6 square kilometers and has a comprehensive automobile testing ground and 14 professional laboratories, matching 321 professional technical teams and 1457 sets of advanced equipment. At present, the center has a total of 488 standards of national authorized inspection capability, 13 items of automotive-specific test equipment calibration capabilities, and 17 automotive product factory inspection capabilities for 71 categories of automobiles and parts and components, and 84 EU regulations and 57 EU Command and other testing capabilities, with 17 national patents.

Last year, the center invested more than 90 million yuan to establish a noise and vibration laboratory and an electromagnetic compatibility laboratory. At present, the first phase of the two laboratories has been completed and put into use.

It is reported that in addition to many domestic automobile manufacturers, Europe and the United States, Japan and South Korea and other internationally renowned auto giants also have business contacts with the center. The Auto Parts Testing Center has a good cooperation with the United Kingdom, Germany, Spain, Russia, Japan and other countries and regions in the field of technology.
