working principle

The working principle of the particle packaging machine is that the film package is mounted on an axis that can adjust the axial distance, and the film enters the film guide forming device through the tensioning device, the guide roller, and the traction roller to form a folded U-shaped structure. Further, the vertical sealing roller horizontally seals the film into a cylindrical shape, and the horizontal sealing roller seals the bottom of the tubular film to form an open-mouth bag. The feeding mechanism fills the open-mouth bag with the material, and then the horizontal sealing roller seals the mouth of the open-mouth bag. The cutter of the cutting device cuts the continuous bag into single bags to complete the packaging process.

Repair and maintenance

1. The oil tank is equipped with the oil meter in the box body of the machine. All fuel should be filled once before driving. The temperature rise and operating conditions of each bearing can be added in the middle.

2. The worm gear box must store engine oil for a long time. Its oil level is immersed in the worm gear. If it is used frequently, it must be changed every three months.

3. When the machine is refueling, do not let the oil spill out of the cup, not to flow around the machine and on the ground.

4. Regularly check whether the movable parts such as bolts and bearings on worm gears, worm gears, and lubricating blocks are rotated flexibly and worn out, and find that the defects should be promptly repaired.
