In the first batch of independent innovation product certification work concluded in Jinan recently, Shandong Tianli Drying Equipment Co., Ltd. has identified three products as independently-innovated products in Jinan City. They are: large-scale built-in heat-exchange fluidized drying equipment and systems in the chemical industry. The development of key equipment and control technologies for energy conservation, fluidized drying devices and technologies with heat pipe heat exchangers.
The certification of this independent innovation product is to implement a number of supporting policies of the National Medium- and Long-Term Scientific and Technological Development Plan Outline (2006-2020), the Measures for the Determination of Independent Innovation Products in Shandong Province (Trial), and Jinan City. The spirit of the “Opinions of the People's Government on Promoting Better and Faster Development of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises†is to improve the government procurement system (under the same conditions, governments at all levels shall preferentially purchase products listed in this city’s enterprises), and promote independent research and development of enterprises and independent brand building. The review was jointly organized by the Science and Technology Bureau of Jinan City and the Municipal Economic Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Finance, and the Municipal Organ Affairs Authority.
