1. Thermocouples and thermal resistors should be protected from severe impact and jolt during storage, transportation, carrying, installation and use.

2. Thermocouples and thermal resistors avoid quenching and heating when placed in the measuring temperature field.

3. The required depth of insertion should be achieved when used, otherwise the accuracy of the measurement cannot be guaranteed.

4. It should be used according to the environment and atmosphere specified by the thermocouple and thermal resistance, otherwise it will seriously affect the service life and accuracy.

5. The upper temperature limit of the measured temperature field should be close to two-thirds of the upper limit of the measurement range. If the long-term operation is at the upper limit of the measurement range, the service life may be affected.

6. When installing at a high temperature level, full consideration should be given to the protection tube's high temperature strength and deformation under high temperature conditions.

7. Full consideration should be given to the influence of thermocouple and RTD leads on the measurement accuracy. Thermocouple, thermal resistance to the display or transmitter connection line should be as short as possible and the use of shielded wire; use should be separated from the power line wiring, otherwise it will produce interference, affecting the stability of the display.
