At a compressor suction temperature of 40, the exhaust temperature should be 100. (3) When the oil pressure separator and the oil filter inlet and outlet pressure difference is too large, the air compressor display shows an alarm, even if the compressor can still operate, it must be replaced with new parts, so as to avoid serious oil burning caused by the machine. ACCIDENT. (4) When the exhaust temperature is too high, the alarm is displayed on the air compressor display, and the host automatically stops. After the cause is identified and the fault is handled, it can be started.

air filter. The air filter filters solid impurities such as dust in the air on the outer surface of the filter element and does not enter the main body of the compressor to prevent wear of the relative moving parts and accelerated oxidation of the lubricating oil. The general air filter needs to be replaced every 1000 hours.

Cooler. The cooler is the compressed air and lubricating oil discharged from the compressor and should be cleaned regularly. When the cooler is clogged, the compressor discharge temperature will rise, affecting the machine's performance and service life. The general air compressor should be cleaned outside the cooler every 1000h. In the summer, in other normal conditions, if the air compressor is running less than 1000h, the exhaust temperature will rise to nearly 100, and the cooler should be cleaned immediately. It is not necessary to remove the cooler when cleaning, and it can blow off dust and dirt with compressed air. If it is dirty, spray some degreaser and blow it again.
