High Shear Batch Emulsifier(mixer) is suitable for mixing, Dispersing, Shearing and Homogenizing all kinds of viscous liquid and pastes. Alumina Grinding Ball is formed by Cold Isostatic Pressing technology and fired at high temperature.It has the characteristics of :
High density and hardness which can promote the grinding efficiency ,reducing the grinding time and increasing the production capacity through increasing the available space for grinding.
High whiteness which can promote the ceramic body's whiteness.
Low wear loss which can reduce the grinding cost,prolong the service life,high cost-effective.
The main content is alumina,it is non-pollution to the ceramic material.
High Alumina Ceramic Grinding Balls for ball milling are mainly used in ceramic, glaze, paint, zirconia silicate, aluminum oxide, quartz, silicon carbide, talc, building material, chemical, inks, kaolin, cosmetics,cement,and other materials grinding.
