A few days ago, the Ministry of Science and Technology and the State Bureau of Foreign Experts approved 33 units to establish key scientific research institutions (joint R&D centers) for international scientific and technological cooperation, and the Shanxi Coal Chemical Technology International R&D Center recommended by the Shanxi Provincial Science and Technology Agency has been ranked among them.
The Shanxi Coal Chemical Institute established the Shanxi Coal Chemical Technology International Research and Development Center to address major key technical issues related to reducing pollution emissions and improving coal utilization efficiency in coal combustion, conversion, and pollution control. At present, through the center, the “Keystone Theory and Technology for the Efficient Use of Lignite for Clean Utilization†has been approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology as an international cooperation agency.
Since the "Eleventh Five-Year Plan" period, the international cooperation of the Shanxi Coal Chemical Institute has taken on a new and comprehensive pattern.
