Renault Trucks, one of the world's top three truck brands, officially entered the Chongqing market. On the 23rd, Renault Trucks presented Renault's two best-selling road transport tractors to the Chongqing market in the form of seminars: Premium and Kerax. Before Renault Trucks officially entered Shancheng, the price of the highest selling truck in the Chongqing market was generally only around 300,000 yuan. Today, Renault has nearly doubled this price range.
Renault Trucks officially entered the Chinese market only one year ago, and sold more than 140 vehicles last year. Today, Renault Trucks has 11 4S distributors in China. In Chongqing, an authorized dealer Chongqing Boyuan Automobile Sales Co., Ltd. has sold a Renault truck with more than RMB 700,000.
According to reports, Renault Trucks is currently talking with Dongfeng Group about the joint production of Renault Trucks in China. After the joint venture, the sale price of Renault trucks will be reduced by about one third compared with today.
