From January 22 to 24, the National Certification and Accreditation Regulatory Commission and the National Metrology Accreditation Power Evaluation Team sent a nine-member expert review team headed by Tang Xiaojun to inspect and test the power equipment and instrumentation quality of the power industry affiliated to the Chinese Academy of Electric Power. The center re-assessed the full elements of the quality management system and technical capabilities of the quality inspection center. During the three-day review, the assessment team inspected the laboratory environment, equipment, and facilities of the quality inspection center; reviewed the quality documents such as the Quality Manual, Procedures, and Operational Instructions, and examined the use of the system. The applicability and validity of documents, such as standards, instrument and equipment verification certificates, personnel training, and verification records during the period; verification of the conformity and correctness of standard applications, test capabilities, and test methods for test items (parameters); 55 items were specified 294 items of testing items were tested in the field; personnel seminars for key positions were held; and authorized signatories were evaluated.
After the above review, the assessment team unanimously agreed that the quality system of the quality inspection center is in a controlled state and continues to be effective; the quality of the testing personnel, equipment, and environment are good; the standards and testing methods used are correct; and the technical capabilities have reached the criteria for laboratory accreditation assessment According to the requirements, the quality inspection center's 11 categories of 124 testing items and 1755 parameter items all passed the verification and passed the on-site re-assessment of the National Certification and Accreditation Administration.
