Project Description:
The project is located in Weiyang District, Daxing New District, Xi’an, at the northwest corner of Wei 26th Street and North Extension Line of Taoyuan North Road. The first phase of the Kingston International Garden project has a total investment of 270 million yuan. It is mainly composed of high-rise residential buildings, supporting the construction of commercial service facilities, building a total of 3 high-rise residential buildings, 1 integrated business, and supporting public facilities and other comprehensive facilities. The total site area is 23220.265m2, and the total construction area is 143350m2, of which the total construction area above the ground is 126995m2, the total underground building area is 16355m2, and the greening rate is 32%. It is estimated that there are 1306 households and the residential population is about 4180 people. The total investment of the project is 270 million yuan.
