FAW Pentium flagship sedan B90 is ready to go offline in mid-July

The reporter learned from FAW Car Co., Ltd. last week that after the start of the Beijing Auto Show in the form of a production car, the B90 flagship car of FAW Pentium will be offline in mid-July this week and will be available for sale in the next month or two. The new car will be co-platformed with the current Mazda Ruiwing, equipped with the same 2.3L and 2.0L engines as Mazda, positioning the mainstream commercial B-Class.

This is less than a month away from the new B70. The B90 also undertakes the vacancy of products from the Pentium B70 to the Hongqi H7. The current Ruiyi will be replaced by a new generation Mazda 6 next year, and FAW just takes its platform to become its own brand. However, the data show that the B90's length and width are 4860mm/1812mm/1472mm, respectively, and the wheelbase is 2780mm. The overall size of the B90 is larger than that of the Corewing. Pentium's new family style is also used in appearance, and the Liuye eyebrow headlights are matched with neon lights, using white light eyebrows.

Interior, Pentium B90 also uses a new design style, equipped with a large-size color LCD screen car multimedia system, automatic air conditioning, but also equipped with a key start stop system, electronic parking brake and multi-function steering wheel and other configurations. In addition, many chrome-plated decorations are used in the car, while the black interior design highlights the overall business sense.

The B90 is equipped with the same 2.3L and 2.0L engines as the B70, matching the six-speed automatic manual transmission. In the future, the B90 will also be equipped with a turbocharged engine independently developed by FAW.
