4. For the first time, design and adopt the domestic 10m3 bottom side dump truck and micro-machine chain underground transport signal system.

5. For the first time in the deep well hoisting system of the kilometer, the main shaft of the flexible rope channel with a wire rope of more than 1,000 meters is made of steel wire rope flexible tank, while the kilometer auxiliary shaft lifting system is below -790m, and the rigid tank and flexible tank are mixed. The way is unprecedented in China. This ensures high-speed, smooth, safe and reliable operation, and also saves capital investment and wellbore assembly time.

6. For the first time, a straight drainage system was used in the deep wells of the country. The first large-scale drainage pump station in the country with soft start and over 1000 kilometers was built, which reduced the amount of wells and drainages in drainage equipment and pumping stations, and also facilitated management and saved operating expenses.

7. Innovate the whole tailings dewatering process.

10. For the first time, the international advanced level DCS automatic control system is adopted in the grinding system and beneficiation system of new mines in China.

Through the above technological innovations, the full labor productivity of the Dongguashan Copper Mine reached 12.09t/person·d, making the mine a modern mine in production technology and equipment.

Lifting Slings
