Traction seat quality improvement. In accordance with the Jost benchmarking analysis report and quality improvement measures, by the end of June, the lock hooks and horseshoe mouth machining, heat treatment and surface anti-corrosion process improvement, and M-iron enhancement measures have been completed. According to the on-the-spot improvement measures of the various stages of the traction seat, the post-sales failure rate before and after the improvement is separately counted so as to provide data support for continuous improvement.
Oil filter quality improvement. On the basis of the improvement measures for curing the 055 and 1044 oil filters, we use the after-sales service system to track improvements. With regard to the special quality improvement of the iron-hull oil filter, four improvements have been made before the 20th of May, including shell sealing, upper filter sealing, upper shell end cap nut material and bracket connection.
Air chamber stent quality improvement. Combining with zero-kilometer quality feedback, confirm the list of key features and strengthen process control and quality inspection to ensure that key quality characteristics are met and controlled.
