A: 1. Receive the report about defective products from client;
2. Cause Analysis by our engineer;
3. Client should provide pictures or videos according to our engineer's requirement;
4.1 Get the problem which can be repaired by client Provide the replacement parts (if needed) and repair proposal;
4.2 Get the problem which can't be repaired by client 4.2.1 Recall the defective starter; 
4.2.2 Inspection by our engineer;
4.2.3 Provide the Inspection Report and Improving Report;
4.2.4 Re-shipping or Refund.

A: FOB: 30% Deposit before Production, Balance before Shipment;
