I Product introduction
Industrial durable LSY stainless steel tube screw auger is a general-purpose transportation equipment, which is used to convey cement, fly ash in concrete mixing plant and cement transfer-warehouse etc.

Working principles
Industrial durable LSY stainless steel tube screw auger feed into the casing and screw flight was hold back by the frication resistance acted on the wall of casing during running, the screw flight push the material and make the material do axial movement, simultaneity the clockwise and counter clockwise fight act as mixer. The material can be discharged at the proper outlet at the bottom of casing or transport out at the end of chute. Conveyor with simple construction, be able to feed and discharge in many position, it is easy to operate, have good seal capability and environmental friendly.
 
III Performance and features
1. Simple structure, good sealing, good quality, large capacity, easy operation and low power invest cost.
2. Working temperature is -20~50° C, with material temperature below 200° C.
3. Axle head and conveying spiral adopt spline connection, with features of convenient mounting & dissembling, large load capacity and stability.
4. All sections of screw conveyor are connected with flange. Screw blades are integral connection.
5. Inlet and outlet chutes have many kinds of connections, such as flange, sack, universal joint, etc.
