Apple Releases Mac OS X Security Update

Apple released a security update for Mac OS X on Tuesday, and discovered a major security issue for the first time late last week.
It was noted that posting security flaws on the company's Web site allows "hackers and privileged network locations" to "block user credentials or other sensitive information" when users use Mail and Safari browser applications and the iCloud service.
Some bugs were disclosed publicly for the first time, and Apple unexpectedly released iOS 7.0.6 patch similar problems to mobile operating system iOS on Friday.
In addition to the security patches, Apple has included applications for improving email, email, and Safari, as well as the ability to add Mac computers for making and answering audio calls with other Mac and iOS devices FaceTime. This update, known as OS X 10.9.2, is now available as a service and can be downloaded from the "Updates" section of the Mac App Store.
