The optical principle is to use the blue light emitted by the semiconductor light source to directly enter the integrating sphere. After the blue light is diffused and reflected on the inner wall of the integrating sphere, the illumination On the sample of the test port, the spectrum reflected by the surface of the sample is converted into an electrical signal by the concentrating mirror, the light column, and the color filter group, and then received by the silicon photocell; and another silicon photocell receives the substrate signal in the sphere. The two electrical signals are separately amplified and processed by the single-chip microcomputer to realize the system functions of automatic zero calibration, working whiteboard calibration, and sample testing.
