The machine is mainly used for countercurrent washing in the gold cyanide process. It can also be widely used in washing and dewatering operations in hydrometallurgy, light industry and chemical industry. It generally has the characteristics of small footprint and energy saving.
Washing concentrators are available in two, three and four layers, the most common being three layers and also a countercurrent washing concentrator. The working principle of the three-layer washing and concentrating machine is as follows:
The clear water passes through the distribution box and enters the lowermost layer to carry out the final washing of the material. The lowermost overflow returns to the distribution box and enters the second layer to wash the material. The overflow of the second layer returns to the distribution box and enters the first layer to wash the material. The overflow of one layer is discharged through the overflow weir, and the material washed by three times sinks to the bottom of the pool, and the suspended material is discharged to the center from the bottom cone through the rotating truss.
The three-layer washing and concentrating machine is designed by China Nonferrous Metals Institute. The main manufacturers include Liaozhong, Zhaoyuan Huangji General Plant, Inner Machinery, Yan Mine (Φ7m, Φ9m), Yantai Gold Machinery Factory, Baotou (Φ9m), and Milk Machine ( Φ9m) and so on.
The characteristics of the three-layer washing and concentrating machine are: 1 to achieve countercurrent washing, large volume, high washing efficiency; 2 smaller than single-layer concentrator; 3 stable production and convenient operation.
The technical parameters of the three-layer washing and concentrating machine produced by Liaozhong are listed in Table 1. The dimensions of the shape and the like are shown in Figure 1, 2 and Table 2.

Working principle: the slurry to be washed is fed into the upper mine tank of the machine. The upper layer starts to flow to the adjacent lower layer layer by layer under the action of gravity. The washing liquid is fed into the lowermost layer, and the lower layer starts to use between the liquids. The difference in specific gravity flows to the adjacent upper layer layer by layer. In the process of the slurry flowing from the upper layer to the lower layer and the washing liquid flowing from the lower layer to the upper layer, the slurry is diluted in each layer, and the concentration process is finally discharged in the lowermost layer. The washed cyanide residue is the uppermost overflow weir flowing out of the noble liquid to complete the washing operation.

1) Through the transition of various alloying elements through the welding core and coating, the weld metal contains a certain amount of austenite and ferrite structure, so as to ensure that the weld metal has both good crack resistance and good crack resistance. The ability of the corresponding medium to corrode.
2) Through the welding core or coating, a certain amount of carbide-forming elements (such as niobium, molybdenum, titanium, etc.) can be infiltrated into the weld metal to form stable carbides with carbon to prevent the formation of chromium carbides at the grain boundaries thing.
3) The increase of carbon will cause intergranular corrosion in the weld of austenitic stainless steel (or ferritic stainless steel), so the carbon content in the welding core and coating raw materials should be strictly controlled. It is recommended to use low carbon or super Low-carbon welding cores use low-carbon or carbon-free iron alloys and metal elements as raw materials for the coating.
4) Strictly control the sulfur and phosphorus content in the stainless steel welding core and coating to reduce the risk of weld thermal cracks.
