South Korea OCIM nitrogen trifluoride and other special gas projects settled in Zhenjiang

The total investment of US$65 million in South Korea's OCIM special gas project was settled in Zhenjiang New District on July 31st. Korea OCIM Co., Ltd. is the world's leading manufacturer of electronic gas, and has successfully developed the semiconductor specialty gases - nitrogen trifluoride, silane and tungsten hexafluoride. OCIM invests and builds special gas projects in Zhenjiang, which will effectively improve the production of special gas in China and better meet the production needs of enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta region.
