Third, the flowmeter negative error

Causes: 1. Bypass valve leakage;

2. The internal wall or bearing of the elliptical gear measurement is worn or damaged;

3, the flow rate is lower than the lower limit;

4, magnetic coupling sliding or gear system periodic obstacles;

5, the actual fluid viscosity is less than the detection fluid viscosity.

Treatment method: 1, check the bypass valve;

2, replace the bearing, check the gear, adjust the gap;

3, increase the flow;

4, repair or replace the magnetic coupling or gear system;

5. Select a test fluid with a viscosity similar to the actual liquid to check the flowmeter or make a viscosity correction.

Fourth, the positive error of the flowmeter

Causes: 1. The flow has large pulsations or contains gas;

2, the actual liquid viscosity is greater than the viscosity of the test liquid;

3. When the inlet valve is closed, the medium is not filled with the metering chamber.

Treatment methods: 1. Reduce flow pulsation or increase gas separators;

2. Select a test fluid with a similar viscosity to the actual liquid to test the flowmeter or make a viscosity correction;

3, use the flow meter outlet valve to regulate the media flow.

Five, secondary table indicating value more than one table indicating value

This is caused by the fact that the failure is caused by the vibration of the transmitting blade, which can be solved by appropriately adjusting the pressure of the damping plate to the blade.

Causes: 1. Loosening screws at the transmitting blade;
