2.1 The operator must be qualified after passing the safety training; wear protective helmets, gloves and other labor protection articles before going to work. Employees must wear three tight dresses; women workers must be in safety helmets, not wearing shorts, high heels, and slippers.
2.2 Familiar with the equipment of this position: KQSN300 Q=800m3/h pump performance, maintenance and maintenance.

2.4 When turning the car, you must disconnect the power supply to prevent your hands and clothing from getting caught in the rotating part.

2.10 It is prohibited to cross the rotating equipment when checking and operating various pumps.
2.11 It is forbidden to clean the toilet at the rotating position while the pump is running.
2.12 Before starting the pump, it must check whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct. All kinds of safety protection devices are complete and reliable.
2.13 Before starting the pump, the coupling of the pump should be turned by hand to see if the rotation of the rotating part of the pump is flexible and the bolts around the feet are loose.
2.14 Check all instruments, valves and instruments are normal.
2.15 Open the pump bleed valve, close the bleed valve after draining the air, and close the outlet pipe valve and pressure gauge cock.
2.16 After starting the pump, open the pressure gauge cock. After the pressure gauge shows the pressure, open the vacuum gauge cock and gradually open the outlet gate valve until the required pressure is obtained.
2.17 After the pump is running, pay attention to the temperature of the pump bearing. The average temperature should not exceed 30 °C, and the maximum temperature should not exceed 75 °C.
2.18 After the pump is in normal operation, it is forbidden to clean and refuel in the rotating part.
2.19 The normal leakage level in the packing chamber is subject to 10-20 drops per minute, otherwise the packing gland should be adjusted.
2.20 Check the coupling regularly.
2.21 In winter, no water is allowed in the pump and pipeline to avoid freezing.
2.22 Responsible for the environmental sanitation of the scope of this post, clean and hygienic work, and achieve civilized production.
2.23 Fill in the original record carefully and the writing is clear and intact.
2.24 Strictly implement the handover system.
3 shutdown
3.1 The order in which the pump is stopped is to close the gate valve on the outlet line—turn off the vacuum gauge cock—turn off the power to stop the motor from running—turn off the pressure gauge cock.
