General:

Entrusted by Xi'an XXX Company, Xi'an Tianzhou Mining Technology Development Co., Ltd. conducted an optional exploration test on a foreign subway mine in February 2008. The purpose of the test is to provide a preliminary basis for the development and utilization of the mine.

The foreign iron grade of a metro mine ore in foreign countries is 46.65%, and the magnetic iron grade is 0.17%, accounting for about 0.36% of the total iron. The test used magnetic separation investigation test, re-election (shaker) investigation test, reduction roasting-magnetic separation investigation test, in which magnetic separation and re-election (shaker) investigation test, iron recovery rate is too low, reduction roasting-magnetic Selecting the test, through a rough and fine process, the iron concentrate yield is 40.22%, the iron concentrate grade is 62.70%, and the iron recovery rate is 53.94%. Conclusion:

1. A foreign iron ore contains 46.65% of total iron, 0.17% of magnetic iron, and magnetic iron accounts for 0.36% of total iron. The iron ore is weak magnetic iron ore and cannot be qualified by magnetic separation.

2. The mine adopts the reduction roasting-magnetic separation test. The iron concentrate grade can reach 62.70%, and the iron recovery rate is 53.94%.
3. Due to the relationship between funding and time, the reduction roasting-magnetic separation has not been carried out in a fine condition test. It is recommended that the entrusting party further conduct an optional test on the ore fine ore.
