Nobel Motor Company to Form Joint Venture with Fuzhou Forki Automotive Parts Co., Ltd.

According to a report by the American Auto News China on December 23, Nobel Motor Company will form a joint venture with Fuzhou Forge Auto Parts Co., Ltd., which will produce automotive fluid processing systems. The name of the joint venture company is Nobel-Focke, Nobel is the controlling party, and Larry Denton, president of the company, is the chairman of the joint venture.
