(1) Census target

This census should find out the basic information of agricultural pollution sources, understand and master the regional distribution and production and discharge of different agricultural pollutants, and provide decision-making basis for agricultural environmental pollution prevention and control. Master the loss, production, emissions and whereabouts of major pollutants in the production process of crop, livestock and poultry farming and aquaculture; check the amount and amount of mulch used, the amount of straw produced and the amount of utilization. Obtain basic data on agricultural production activities, establish agricultural pollution source data files, improve agricultural pollution source information database and monitoring management platform, and provide strong technical support for agricultural pollution source supervision. The discharge law and main influencing factors of agricultural pollution sources are clarified, and the dynamic trends and distribution characteristics of agricultural pollutants are clarified, which provides a scientific basis for controlling agricultural non-point source pollution, guiding agricultural structure adjustment, optimizing agricultural industrial layout, and promoting green development of agriculture.

The source of livestock and poultry breeding mainly includes the amount of manure produced by pigs, dairy cows, beef cattle, laying hens and broilers, and the discharge of water pollutants; the sources of aquaculture mainly include pond culture, cage culture, fence farming, etc. Under the conditions, the amount and amount of pollutants produced during the breeding of major aquatic products such as fish, shrimp, shellfish and crab;

3. Sources of aquaculture. 4. The mulch film.
