The four 6L21/31TierII mainframes produced by the medium-high diesel heavy machine will be equipped with two 4800DWT tankers, which provide power for both the forward and reverse diesel engines. At the same time, after the ship is docked, the front end PTO output shaft of the diesel engine provides power for loading and unloading oil on the cargo pump of the ship. Therefore, the machine can be used as a marine propulsion main engine and has an engineering auxiliary machine function.
It is understood that MAN has not yet announced the final experimental results and research results for the 6L21/31 TierII E3 C1 cycle. According to reports, in the short period of time, Zhonggao Diesel Heavy Industries has successfully produced MAN32/40, 21/31, 27/38, 16/24 four series of diesel engines, among which the models that have been delivered to users in batches have MAN. 7-9L32/40, 6L21/31, 5-6L16/24, 7-8L27/38, the product quality is deeply recognized by users. On November 10, 2010, the company successfully delivered the world's first MAN 8L 32/40 marine medium-speed diesel engine for dredging vessels in compliance with the International Maritime Organization (IMO) Tier П C1 cycle emission standards; July 2011, The company successfully launched the world's first MAN 8L27/38 Tier П E3 cycle diesel engine for dry cargo projects.
