Introduction of metal mercury beneficiation method

The re-election equipment for mercury ore is most commonly used as a shaker and a jig. The jig is used to treat the grade of the sieve that is pre-screened before the ore is milled. The shaker can obtain a high-grade concentrate for the production of cinnabar.

3. Flotation flotation is the most common and effective beneficiation method in mercury ore beneficiation. Flotation can not only effectively recover cinnabar in ore, but also effectively recover various mercury minerals such as natural mercury, chlorsulfurite ore. flotation is also used to treat mercury-containing multi-metal ore. Mercury ore flotation plant equipment, domestic selection plants mostly use small and medium crushing equipment and mechanical agitating flotation machine. A few flotation columns are used as roughing equipment, and their technical and economic indicators are similar to those of mechanically agitated flotation machines. Some large foreign manufacturers choose self-grinding machines and large flotation machines.

4. Heavy-floating combined process beneficiation Heavy-floating combined process beneficiation process is very common in mercury ore dressing plants. Most of China's cinnabar products are from the mercury ore dressing plant of this process. The beneficiation process is that after the crushed ore is coarsely ground by a rod mill, the products are not classified, and the trapezoidal jig is used for sorting. This procedure is applicable to ores with thicker cinnabar inlays and relatively simple composition. The advantages are simple process, low water and electricity consumption, and the dehydration process can be omitted between re-floating operations, so the production cost is low and the capital investment is less. The total recovery rate is high.
